Training

Training increases awareness and enables staff to build skills and confidence in trauma-informed practice.

It’s often the first step organizations take on their trauma-informed journey. While training builds important foundations, it works most effectively as one component of a comprehensive approach. Check out our How to Become a Trauma-Informed Organization guide to learn more about how to get started.
